At Swapee, we pride ourselves on delivering your wall art in a timely and efficient manner. The following policy explains how we handle production, shipping, and delivery of your purchased items.

Production Time

Once your order is placed and confirmed, we require 1 to 4 business days to produce your wall art. This timeframe covers production only and does not include shipping. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your art is crafted to perfection.

Shipping Time

After production is complete, your wall art is securely packaged and dispatched for shipment. Delivery typically takes an additional 1 to 4 business days, depending on your location and the efficiency of your local postal service.

General Shipping Information

When estimating delivery, please factor in both production and shipping times. All orders ship on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays).

Shipping Rates

We currently offer Standard Ground Shipping at a flat rate of 9 EUR. This cost may be subject to conversion based on exchange rates at the time of your order and the country in which you reside.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Issues

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer service team. Should your order be lost in transit or arrive damaged, reach out immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You have 90 calendar days from the date you received the item to initiate a return. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.For customer-initiated returns where the correct product was delivered, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.If the return is due to a mistake on our part, you do not need to send the original item back. We will send a replacement at no additional cost and take full responsibility for the error.After we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer.You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.See our refund policy for more details on refunds.
